Over the last two decades, I have counseled large multinationals on a wide range of communication challenges, including employee communication, university recruiting and relations, employee engagement, change management, executive and crisis communication, and employer branding, among others. Working with Fortune 50 as well as non-profits including Toyota, BP, Aetna, Dow, Xerox, Texas Instruments, and Planned Parenthood Federation of America, I have developed large-scale communications programs in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. Ms. Keever Watts is a consultant, author, writer and speaker on the topic of workforce attraction, communication and retention. I'm a voracious reader of fiction and non-fiction. I love hot yoga and long hours walking with my husband and dogs, Nick and Daisy, around nearby White Rock Lake. I am a board member of the C.C. Young Body, Mind & Spirit Foundation, which was established to help seniors who outlive their financial resources.
