I am an adult developmental psychologist by training, and a career counselor and center director by profession. At Wesleyan, my current institution, I created our online course, Career Decisions: From Insight to Impact, a MOOC offered through Coursera, and have hosted and produced two podcasts, Careers by Design: The Interviews and First Year Out. I have served on NACE's Principles for Ethical Professional Practice Committee and am President Elect of the Liberal Arts Career Network, a consortium of 39 small colleges across the US. In my spare time I like to row and swim, and have discovered an emerging interest in gardening since buying my family’s property in Litchfield Hills, Connecticut.
