I have a strong desire to see individuals discover and pursue their passions in the workforce and in everyday life. My hope is to assists students, alumni, and community members with this process of career exploration and development through guided discussions, technology, networking, and other career coaching strategies. Career development is a life long process that will ebb and flow as we seek to set and change our career and personal goals in life. I am also a firm believer that collaboration and relationship building are key components to every career development model, whether it is for an organization or for a personal career approach.
The rising cost of higher education increases the call for accountability for institutions and career centers. Thus there is a need for collecting, interpreting, and utilizing assessment data that tracks student satisfaction, completion of learning outcomes, and ultimately graduate destination data. Collecting and interpreting this data has become an area of interest.
I am happy to connect with Naz students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff, administrators, as well as employers interested in recruiting or collaborating with Naz.
