I'm a dad of two college students and the founder of FindYouJobs. Watching them work through the job search is what pulled me into this. I kept noticing how much further they got wihtout someone or AI handing them the answers. That's what we built FindYouJobs to do: help students write their own resume, practice interviews and find roles that fit while empowering career centers to do more of what they do best - connect and guide.
I joined this community to learn from the people who do this every day and to do my part to help more students land on their feet.
