Hey! I'm Kristin and I like talking, tacos, Target, and I'm sure I like you!
I worked in traditional higher ed, mostly Enrollment Management, for 19+ years before switching to a higher ed adjacent non-profit called Rewriting the Code (RTC). So now, instead of working on one campus, I serve students at 900+ different campuses globally. RTC focuses on retention, belonging, representation, and career achievement among college women in tech!
However, despite making a pivot off the brick-and-mortar campus, I'm still very passionate about higher ed so I remain very active with professional associations and volunteering with college access and success priorities.
