My career has taken many unexpected twists. If you would have asked me three ago if I would return to corporate or industry, I would have said 'no way!' The world has changed so much since COVID; I realized I needed to play on my strengths -- leading a team, innovating and working wherever the day calls for -- because this recruiting soul of mine is never going away ! 🤣
My skill set is unique since I have experience leading recruiters across multiple functions: college, entry-level, clinical, professional, and technical. I've worked on both sides now with students and even started my own coaching business on the side. I am the resident LinkedIn expert as a former certified LinkedIn Recruiter.
I believe enthusiasm is contagious. The best compliment I can receive is when a team member is viewed as a partner and consultant. I strive to help people fulfill their career goals and for organizations to fulfill their talent supply chain.

Outside of work, I'm loving on my four boys (yes, you read that correctly, 4️⃣ ) and watching TV with my hubby. If I have downtime, I'm listening to 80s music, enjoying a fruity beer or seltzer, and reading historical fiction.
