Click on a thread you're interested in following. Once the thread opens, click on the star next to the name of the thread. The star will fill in (all dark), and you will be sent an e-mail each time there is a new reply on that thread.
Also, you are automatically subscribed (the star is filled in) when you create a brand new thread or reply to a thread.
To stop receiving e-mail from a thread, click on the thread and "unclick" the star!
